Will has spent over two decades in legal recruitment, building Fordham Legal from the ground up. He works across private practice at all levels — from associates to equity partners — and has advised on some of the most complex team moves and firm combinations in the market. His network spans Magic Circle, Silver Circle and regional firms, and he is trusted by both candidates and firms to handle sensitive searches with discretion.

He founded Fordham Legal in 2014 with a clear philosophy: fewer clients, deeper relationships, better outcomes.
